Take 2-3 cups a day

Place 2-3 tablespoons of dried herb in a small sauceoan. Add 1 quart of cold water. Bring the mixture to boil (slow simmer). Cover and let infuse for at least 20 minutes. Strain and drink.

Avoid if pregnant and lactating women. High blood pressure. Kidney stones. Do not use on the long term
